IT Specialist - Tier 2

The self storage industry has been re-invented in recent years and is on the rise with more consumer demand than ever before. We need a talented IT professional with strong customer support experience to work directly with our clients, internal teams, and 3rd party vendors offering best-in-class technical support. We simply want ambitious, hard working people who love a challenge and fast paced environment.

  • Manage and resolve second-tier problem calls and support tickets
  • Troubleshoot programs running off of a windows operating system
  • Identify workarounds until a more permanent solution is found
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and 3rd party companies to enable problems to be diagnosed and resolved in a timely manner
  • Listen to client concerns and find solutions — fast
  • Work with developers and product managers to enhance our product


  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong Microsoft troubleshooting skills
  • Associates degree in Information Technology or similar field. Equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Comfortable with all versions of Windows and how to troubleshoot programs running off of a windows operating system
  • Familiar with Windows operating systems, peripheral network devices and iOS/Android mobile devices
  • Experience with APIs preferred
  • Experience with SQL preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to approach situations with an analytical perspective
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
